Your membership rate is changing on October 30.
I’d rather you hear this from me than find it on a statement. Three minutes, and then every number is below.

Your membership is a weekly rhythm, a little over four visits a month. So the change works out to about $8 a visit. For additional family members, and for everyone on Wellness+, it’s less than that. That rhythm is what gets you your results, and it’s what makes the per-visit rate what it is.
If you’d like to pay in full
Pay your twelve months up front before October 30 and your rate is locked at today’s price all the way through October 2027 — on every plan, for every family member.

That’s today’s rate held for twelve months. After October 30, the new monthly rate takes effect.
What is not changing
Your care plan. Same visits, same days and times, same team — only the rate is moving. Every visit between now and October 30 is at your current rate. Your billing date doesn’t change — after October 30 all membership rates change, so your next scheduled payment on or after that date is at the new rate. If you’ve paid in full, nothing changes for you until October 2027.
