  1. Hamstring Curls – This exercise is great for strengthening your hamstrings, which helps protect the knees from stress while standing or walking. To do it, lie flat on your back with a small weight like a can of beans in each hand (you can also use no weights if you prefer). Then slowly lift one leg up while keeping your hips stationary before lowering it back down again. Repeat 10-15 times before swapping legs.
